Sales Contributor 

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve their stated sales objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
  • Ensure that they works cross functionally with team members from other departments and generate new lead sources and expand the target customer base.
  • Ensure customer needs are adequately met at all times.

Skills:

  • Good Communication Skills – Must be able to converse at least 2 out of the following; English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • Active Listening – Must be able to listen and understand what the client requires
  • Story Telling – Is able to take the customer on a journey of possibilities.
  • Objecting Handling – Must be able to overcome and handle customer objections. Customer doubts and fears must be put to rest.
  • Negotiation – Can negotiate in favour of the product and the company.
  • Time Management & Planning – Able to plan time independently and act.

Qualifications:

  • A positive personality
  • A passion for sales and helping customers achieve their goals.
  • A curious personality and a willingness to alway learn something new
  • Hungry for Success – Wants to make the most as soon as possible and willing to work for it.
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, HRMS, Project Management a plus – Training will be provided.
  • A wide network of connections and contacts. – The more SME leaders and influences you have the faster you will see results.

Experience: At least 1 year of working experience
